If you experience a problem retrieving your barcode, please follow these steps.

Log in to http://vbevent.com with the username and password that you created it during the order process.
Click the My account link in the left sidebar, underneath your user name.
Click the Orders tab or the "Click here to view your orders" link.
Select your order by clicking the order number.
Select "Click to open a window with a printable invoice at the bottom of the invoice".   Print that page.
