On this page you will find separate applications for Capitol Hill Classic, Colorado Crossroads, and Big South. For those who would like to participate in more than one tournament, please download each, complete one in full, then on subsequent applications complete name, booth reservation & cost information, and sign. Should your merchandise change between tournaments, please complete that section also. You may fax your application to the fax number listed, followed by a check in the mail for the full amount due, or mail both together. An application for additional security is included for your use should you desire more coverage than that provided by the tournament, which consists of touring the area and spot checking throughout “closed” hours.
